Fueled by their passion for music, raw talent, and the hopeful pursuit of dreams, Million Dollar Quartet will have you reliving the magic of early rock ’n’ roll. You’ll hear classics like “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Great Balls of Fire,” and “Walk The Line,” and witness the legends as they celebrated, clashed, and created history.

Ben Bailey as Carl Perkins
Ben Bailey is excited to make his Broadway Rose debut! Ben has been working at Walt Disney World with Actors’ Equity Association in the Frozen Sing-Along and is so excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest for this show! Credits: Elvis Presley (Million Dollar Quartet, Harlequin Productions), Carl Perkins (Million Dollar Quartet, Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre, Tommy Ross (Carrie: The Musical, TheatreZone), and Sky (Mamma Mia!, Suncoast Broadway.) “The music of Sun Records has always been such an inspiration for me and I am so honored to get to bring this story to Tigard.”
Kai de Mello-Folsom as Sam Phillips
Kai de Mello-Folsom is delighted to return to the Broadway Rose stage after playing the rascally Spit in last season’s Anything Goes! Regional credits include Hairspray (Corny Collins, Stumptown Stages), Silent Sky (Peter Shaw, Magenta Theater), Godspell (Jesus, multiple theaters), with memorable performances at the Kennedy Center, Disneyland, and Knott’s Berry Farm. Offstage, Kai has spent more than a decade producing film and television projects for companies like HBO, Apple, and Disney. His most recent project, Deaf President Now!, earned a 2025 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Documentary. Kai is especially grateful to his fiancée, Sophia, whom he met while returning to the stage in Portland with Legally Blonde, and can't wait to begin their next act together shortly after this show's final curtain.
Diego Solan Kjelland as Elvis Presley
Diego Solan Kjelland is stoked to be making his Broadway Rose debut portraying the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll! Diego holds a B.F.A. in musical theatre from the University of Montana and has spent the past three years working throughout the Portland theatre community as a performer, director, educator, and arts administrator. Recent performance credits include Pippin (Stumptown Stages), Bonnie & Clyde (Bridgetown Conservatory of Musical Theatre), It’s a Wonderful Life (Stumptown Stages), and Jersey Boys (Lakewood Theatre Company). He currently serves as the Associate Artistic Director of Bridgetown Conservatory of Musical Theatre and is honored to step into the role of Artistic Director on January 1, 2027. When he’s not onstage, Diego enjoys developing original musicals and creating opportunities for the next generation of theatre artists. He is thrilled to join the Broadway Rose family and rock the house!
Kaley McConnaughey as Dyanne
Kaley McConnaughey is a New York City-based actor, singer, and voiceover artist originally from Visalia, California. She is thrilled to be making her Broadway Rose debut! Her recent credits include Side by Side by Sondheim, Turn of the Screw (The Governess), Grease (Sandy), Beauty and the Beast (Babette), and A Christmas Carol (Belle). Kaley is a graduate of Oklahoma City University with a B.M. in music theatre. Special thanks to the Million Dollar Quartet team, her loving partner Hunter, and her wonderful parents. @kaleyclairemc
Hunter Semrau as Jerry Lee Lewis
Hunter Semrau is a New York based singer, actor, and musician originally from Canada. His recent credits include the national tours of Million Dollar Quartet and Million Dollar Quartet Christmas, regional productions of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph), Urinetown (Bobby Strong), Grease (Doody), Shakespeare’s R&J (Juliet), and originating roles in the premieres of Goblins & Gates and Ally in New York City. He has spent the greater part of his life performing in musicals as well as playing both piano and guitar in various acoustic groups, dueling piano concerts, rock bands, and piano bars. Will Amend as Jay Perkins
Will Amend is delighted to be back at Broadway Rose for Million Dollar Quartet. Previously he has played bass for The Fantasticks, West Side Story, Cabaret, Ain't Misbehavin', Little Shop of Horrors, Fun Home, and The Color Purple at Portland Center Stage and Les Misérables, Gypsy, Always…Patsy Cline, Audition From Hell, Sh-Boom: Life Could Be A Dream, The Spitfire Grill (cello), Beautiful: The Carol King Musical, Waitress, Dear Evan Hansen, and Once Upon a Mattress at Broadway Rose Theatre. Will would like to thank his wife Nicole and their two boys for their continuing support.
T.J. Arko as W.S. "Fluke" Holland
T.J. Arko has been an active musician in Portland for the past 30 years, playing drums, classical percussion, bass, and guitar. He has played many musicals around the Portland area including Triangle and Snapshots: A Musical Scrapbook at Broadway Rose. He also performs in several tribute bands and jazz ensembles in the greater Portland area and beyond.
